Advanced services are for vehicles that have higher mileage. The dealership establishes this threshold.  Say 45,000 miles.

During the 60 second process of appointment scheduling, the customer simply answers ONE additional question “does your vehicle have mileage greater than 45,000 miles”

If yes, then it goes into the ADVANCED schedule.  If no, then into the EXPRESS schedule.

Express appointments are for lube techs.  Oil change, Tire Rotation or minimal services which usually take about one hour.

• 5,000 Mile Interval Service
• 15,000 Mile Interval Service
• 30,000 Mile Interval Services
• Oil Change No Rotation
• Tire Rotation

The AutoDXS companion phone app allows you to create an Express Service appointment with your dealership in just SIX TAPS of your finger. 

Available for Apple IPhone and Android cell phones.  Once downloaded the program is registered with your dealership by entering your Dealers Code, your name, phone number and email address.

To book an appointment, open the app, select the date, then select the time slot you desire. Next verify the data and book the appointment. You will be sent an emailed confirmation.
